alte circa 1 cm e mettetela in una teglia precedentemente rivestita con carta forno. Vi serviranno circa 500 grammi di zucca gialla pulita.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Coprite la zucca con un altro foglio di carta forno e mettetela in forno a 180\u00b0 per circa venti minuti.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sfornate la zucca e lasciatela intiepidire.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una volta raffreddata riducetela in una crema con il passaverdure.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Nel caso ne foste sprovvisti cercate di sminuzzarla e tritarla il pi\u00f9 finemente possibile con l\u2019ausilio di una forchetta o di un cucchiaio.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">La zucca non deve contenere molta quantit\u00e0 di acqua altrimenti l\u2019impasto degli gnocchi richieder\u00e0 troppa farina e gli gnocchi verranno duri.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Disponete la purea di zucca su carta forno in una teglia e infornatela di nuovo a 110\u00b0. Fatela asciugare bene fino a raggiungere una consistenza pastosa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Infarinate per bene una spianatoia. Formate una piccola fontana con la farina e al centro uniteci la purea di zucca.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Iniziate ad amalgamare il tutto. Quando l\u2019impasto comincer\u00e0 a diventare lavorabile unite anche l\u2019uovo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Impastate bene con le mani fino a quando il composto non sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 appiccicoso: qualora continuasse ad essere ancora umido aggiungeteci altra farina, ma senza esagerare. Pi\u00f9 farina andrete a mettere, meno sentirete il gusto della zucca nel piatto finale e pi\u00f9 gli gnocchi verranno duri.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Preparate gli gnocchi staccando dei piccoli pezzi di pasto e formando dei cordoncini di circa 1,5 cm di diametro ruotandoli sul piano con l\u2019aiuto delle mani.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Tagliateli in piccoli pezzi della dimensione di una nocciolina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Man mano che preparate gli gnocchi, infarinateli un p\u00f2 con semolino e farina e copriteli con un canovaccio.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-14\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mettete a bollire l\u2019acqua, aggiungete il sale e tuffateci dentro gli gnocchi.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-15\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Scolate gli gnocchi con l\u2019aiuto di un mestolo forato direttamente in una casseruola con burro e qualche foglia di salvia.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-16\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mantecate per bene, aggiungendo parmigiano reggiano grattugiato e una generosa tritata di pepe, quindi servite in tavola.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3755-step-0-17\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Condite con burro e salvia.
