a cubetti e fatela rosolare e insaporire per circa dieci minuti a fuoco basso e padella coperta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Aggiungete un pizzico di noce moscata grattugiata, pepe appena macinato.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mescolate bene e lasciate cuocere ancora per una decina di minuti sempre a fuoco basso per far sminuzzare bene la zucca.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Regolate di sale.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Versate nella padella un paio di mestoli di acqua bollente prelevandola dalla pentola per la cottura della pasta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mescolate e, usando un cucchiaio incominciate a schiacciare la zucca. Come l\u2019acqua inizia ad asciugarsi, aggiungete un altro mestolino di acqua e continuate a schiacciare la zucca.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Proseguite nell\u2019operazione schiacciando e aggiungendo acqua bollente poca alla volta finch\u00e8 non raggiungerete la consistenza di una bella crema di zucca. Durante la lavorazione mantenete sempre il fuoco basso.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3743-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In una padella a parte fate rosolare i dadini di speck.
