class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In un tegame fate appassire la cipolla con una noce di burro a fuoco dolce.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Aggiungete la zucca e lasciatela insaporire.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Bagnate con il brodo caldo e portatela a cottura rigirando spesso, deve ammorbidirsi fino a diventare tenerissima.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una volta pronta toglietela dal tegame e tenerla da parte.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Nello stesso tegame aggiungete un\u2019altra noce di burro e, una volta sciolta, unite il riso.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Fatelo tostare per qualche minuto poi sfumarlo con il vino bianco.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Quando il vino sar\u00e0 evaporato aggiungete la zucca al riso e irrorate con il brodo poco per volta fino a portarlo a cottura.  Il composto deve restare poco umido e, a fine cottura, lasciate restringere, continuando a girare, in modo che il riso si \u201cincolli\u201d.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mettere il composto in una ciotola, aggiungete il parmigiano grattugiato ed iniziate a mescolare.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Regolate di sale e lasciatelo a raffreddare.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una volta che il composto sar\u00e0 freddo prendetene una manciata grande come il palmo di una mano e forma una pallina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3757-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Schiacciatela leggermente tra le mani e, al centro, mettete  un cubetto di formaggio.
