due estremit\u00e0 e tagliatela a rondelle dello spessore di \u00bd cm e del peso di circa 25 g.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ponete le fette in un colino con sotto una ciotola, salatele e lasciatele riposare circa mezz\u2019ora in modo che perdano la loro acqua di vegetazione.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Tagliate a fette sottili anche la provola affumicata.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Preparate ora il necessario per la panatura: sbattete le uova in una ciotola, salate, pepate e tenete da parte.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">In altre 2 ciotole separate ponete il pangrattato e la farina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Trascorsi i 30 minuti, sciacquate le fette di melanzana sotto l\u2019acqua corrente e asciugatele bene con un panno da cucina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">A questo punto tutto \u00e8 pronto per comporre i cordon bleu: distribuite su un piatto le fette di melanzana, farcite con una fetta di prosciutto cotto (il peso di ciascuna fetta di prosciutto \u00e8 di circa 30 g), con una foglia di basilico<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">e con una fetta di provola affumicata (anche il peso di ciascuna fetta di provola \u00e8 di circa 30 g). Ponete un\u2019altra fetta di melanzana creando una sorta di sandwich.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ora procedete con l\u2019impanatura: prendete un cordon bleu passatelo nella farina sia da un lato che dall'altro, poi immergetelo nelle uova sbattute e terminate passandolo nella panatura di pangrattato.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Proseguite con la frittura: ponete l\u2019olio di semi in una pentola dai bordi alti, riscaldate l\u2019olio fino a raggiungere una temperatura di circa 180\u00b0, immergete i cordon bleu uno alla volta aiutandovi con un mestolo forato, friggeteli fino a quando non risulteranno dorati da entrambi i lati (ci vorranno circa 2 minuti per lato), poi scolateli su un vassoio rivestito di carta assorbente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una volta terminata la cottura, servite subito i cordon bleu di melanzane ben caldi.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4263-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Se preferite potete cuocere i cordon bleu in forno: poneteli su una leccarda rivestita di carta da forno e cuocete in forno preriscaldato statico a 200\u00b0 per circa 20 minuti (o in forno ventilato a 180\u00b0 per 15 minuti) avendo cura di girarli a met\u00e0 cottura.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Imprimer la recette CORDON BLEU DI MELANZANE 230 gr Melanzane.120 gr Prosciutto cotto a fette.120 gr Provola affumicata.2 pz Uova4 foglie Basilicoq.b.
